This course has been quite the experience as an educator. The process and creation of the GAME plan has been insightful and a learning experience. The resources have been beneficial and I have been able to implement a lesson, which engages my students. The opportunities presented to students supported their learning with technology as they explored the lesson. I feel more confident in incorporating technology within my lessons.
The most vital piece of learning came from implementing the right tools into the lessons. In the tools and strategies, we read from our resources it was important to utilize the right tool to extend and enrich the lesson taught within the classroom. The impact has enlighten my perspective when creating a lesson or supplementing material into a lesson.
The immediate adjustment is time in the lesson. The planning is complete however; the implementation of the timing can be off or will not be beneficial. The ideas can work out while planning but when conducting the lesson in the classroom the dynamics can change. I think having a well thought out plan with many tools and trying the tools in shorter lessons might help. In introducing tools to students by spreading them out could reflect how they will do in the whole lesson. In introducing technology, one piece at a time will present to students a learning experience.
